Before using the forums

Before you can use the forums for the first time, you need to register. On the main forum page, look for the word Register (not Login). Go past the "legal" text (which needs editing!), create a username (can be anything, as long as no-one else has chosen the same name), and a password, then type in the characters from the confirmation code picture. This step helps stop "spam" messages getting in; if you have any problems, please send me an email and we'll sort it out.

Using the forums

Click this link to start using the forums. I'm new to this, so apologies for the layout etc. If anyone has any experience they'd like to share, please let me know. And any ideas for new forum areas etc. Once you've registered, you'll need to make sure you login to the forums (using the name and password you created when you registered); if yuo do not login, you cannot add any new messages or comment in existing ones.

One other thing - make sure you click Submit when you post a message (Save keeps a sort of private draft, if you're not ready to actually post the message.
